Patricia Y. McCullough - President of McCullough Jones International Consulting Firm, LLC

Patricia Y. McCullough will serve as one of the Project Co-Directors, directing and overseeing business development activities. She will utilize her past experience and present position with the McCullough-Jones International Consulting Firm, to provide critical support and corporate training, as well as assisting IGC to build its network of corporate partners throughout the United States. McCullough is a creatively empowered business owner with over 25 years of economic development and multicultural marketing experiences. McCullough previously served as a Business Development Consultant to Edward and Jones LLC, a firm that offers world-class emergency preparedness, management, and response; security; disaster recovery planning; debris management; and related services to Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and international government entities, private sector and non-profit organizations. She provides oversight in a diverse set of corporations and organizations throughout the world including countries such as Africa and China. She is also the CEO and owner of Poise and Perfection Imaging Inc., where she implements marketing, public relations, and product marketing. In addition, Ms. McCullough is a writer, producer/promoter, and radio talk host of 'One Point with Patty' as well as an event coordinator over various special events with participants of over 40,000 and projects that include working with some of the top celebrities in the sports fashion, and entertainment industries. Ms. McCullough is also an adjunct public speaker on social and business marketing, imaging, and etiquette.

As former Director of the Arkansas Supplier Development Council, Ms. McCullough provides a direct link between corporate America and minority owned businesses where the main objective involves increasing procurement and business opportunities. In the position, she was responsible for designing and implementing business development strategies with technical and promotional assistance and administering the statewide minority business certification program. A position formally held by the former Mayor and Vice Chair of the National Democrat Committee, Lottie Shackelford. Additional positions include Director at Capricorn Imaging Advertising Agency, a company that specializes in the development of marketing and PR campaigns for numerous corporate companies. Ms. McCullough also served as director with the Metropolitan Arts Foundation raising scholarship funds for under privilege children wanting to strive in the Arts.

A significant accomplishment for Ms. McCullough includes being the founder of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame. Started in 1992, the mission involves inducting individuals with significant contributions to the state of Arkansas. The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame acknowledges and celebrates the accomplishments of African-American Arkansans by honoring at least six individuals at the annual induction ceremony. Since 1992, the Black Hall of Fame has inducted 85 individuals including poet Maya Angelou, President Bill Clinton, Former NBA player Sidney Moncrief, and musician Pharaoh Sanders.

Ms. McCullough is also Creative Director for the MidSouth Summit Black Expo where she created the name branding and assists in developing the format. The popular event allows minority businesses owners to showcase their companies. The event also celebrates Black History Month with health screenings and, entertainment. Ms. McCullough further expanded her networking expertise by partnering with NBA All-Star and entrepreneur Sidney Moncrief on the joint venture Soar Consulting Group. They worked together to recruit athletes for the China Basketball Association.

Ms. McCullough also participates on numerous boards that includes: Former Commissioner of the Arkansas Arts and Humanities, Chair of the Chamber of Commerce Women's Council, The Arkansas Aids Foundation, Lions World School for the Blind, Angles of the Blind Women's Auxiliary, Chaplin, of Jack and Jill of America, The College of Aspiring Artists, African Women Health Project International, and The Arkansas Christian Chamber of Commerce.
