Brenda A. Jackson - International Research and Logistic Director

Brenda will serve as the Research and Logistics Assistant in all phases with Innovative Global Consulting, LLC. Brenda has over thirty years of Library experience. She presently is employed at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Library/Interlibrary loan department. She is responsible for the supervision of the entire Interlibrary Loan department.

She holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology with a minor in Human Services and an Associate degree in General Studies with hours in library science. Brenda also chaired the Arkansas Library Paraprofessional Roundtable Group.

Brenda has proven communication and organizational skills. She has a high quality customer service in a very busy service environment. She demonstrates knowledge of job, and efficiency at the highest level. Although her duties can become very complex, her integrity to her projects does not cause her performance to become lacking.

Brenda has been recognized for honorary awards and has worked with several non-profit organizations helping to organize local and international efforts. Brenda has assisted in Medical Mission relief projects in Lagos, Nigeria, served as Director of a Food Bank in a local rural area and Director of an Education/Scholar Program for a national and international non-profit organization.

Brenda held the position of Director/Human Resources where her main objectives were to obtain funding through the writing of grants to Federal and National organizations to help facilitate the needs of the organization. Her love for children encouraged her to volunteer as Director of a non-profit Childcare Facility, there she created and implemented policies and procedures; interpreted Arkansas Department of Human Services Laws and procedures, hired, trained and supervised all personnel, maintained and implemented all daily workflow regarding children curriculum and activities.
